An assortment of freshly grilled seafood; including prawns, squid, scallops and fish, skewered with colourful peppers make this dish not only pretty but also exquisitely yummy too!

Even if you’re not a fan of tequila, throw the tequila mayonnaise into the mix and you’ll ascend to seafood heaven! The mayonnaise packs a delectable punch when paired with the grilled seafood – dip the plump, succulent prawns into the mayonnaise and it is sure to knock your socks off!
