This colourful dish promises to be as tantalizing to the taste buds as it is to the eyes. The savoury pâté, which is a paste made of puréed chicken liver, is complemented with the sweet and tangy tomato marmalade to great effect! Spread both onto the garlic crostini, grab a flute of white wine and experience French cuisine right here at St James Wine Bar & Bistro!

Tasty tip: Best enjoyed shared with friends over a bottle of wine. Order a few more dishes for variety!
